So far, so good on the reading front. I'm taking a quick break to check in with other readers, blog my updates, and do a mini-challenge or two.

Where are you reading from today? I'm reading from home...the recliner in my living room, the couch in my living room, the papasan chair in the library, maybe the bed, if my husband ever wakes up.

3 facts about me: (I hope these aren't the same ones I used last time)

1. I'm a lawyer.

2. I'm married.

3. I'm originally from Ohio.

How many books do you have in your TBR pile for the next 24 hours? I really only have one or two, but my TBR shelf runneth over with other choices, if I finish what I'm reading now!

Do you have any goals for the read-a-thon (i.e. number of books, number of pages, number of hours, or number of comments on blogs)? I posted about this earlier. I'd love to be able to finish my current chunkster read. Mostly, though, just to have fun and read a lot. And not do any chores or work. :)

If you’re a veteran read-a-thoner, Any advice for people doing this for the first time? Take as many breaks as you need. Eat and drink what you want. Have FUN! Try a magazine if you get tired of your current read.

Those are really good tips. Magazines are a great way to relax the eyes a bit. Good luck!
